Parents can support their children in the following ways:

- Make sure your child completes the weekly homework
- Make sure your child reads books (your child has access to our downloadable reading books to facilitate reading.)
- Make sure you read the lesson reports each week with your child
- Make sure your child revises before a mock exam

Is the tuition centre open throughout the year?
- We’re open during term time.
- We’re closed during school holidays.
- During the Winter, Spring and Summer two-week holidays, we move to weekends for mock exams.
How may I help my child for mock exams held at the centre?
- See guidance under parents’ zone.
Tuition Fees Payment
- Tuition fees are payable on the start date and then on the same date every month.
- Fees are not based on a ‘per lesson’ basis but on our full service.
- Tuition fees are equally spread over the year, with the option to pay the full year’s payment, quarterly or monthly, and is not affected by school/centre holidays, personal holidays or absences.
- Fees are not refunded for non-attendance. An alternative tuition date is offered as a replacement as soon as possible.
- Fees are paid in advance and should you want to end the service, one month’s notice is required.
- Fees can be paid direct into our account (bank transfer), by card or cash.
